Mindfulness is an interesting phenomenon, and mindfulness classes are a new variation on the theme. Rekindle School is offering a new Seattle mindfulness class focused on mindfulness as it relates to the creative process. It’s taught by Andrea D’Asaro and Christine Soja. From the class description:

I’m curious what others think about mindfulness classes. Can it actually be taught? Is it different in its effect from meditation?
