  • I avoid sugar and eat a relatively low carb omnivorous/ancestral diet
  • I fast three times a week and work out (resistance training and HIIT) three times a week
  • I go to bed around 10 pm and aim to get 7 hours of sleep
  • I take about forty supplements a day.
